To those of us in Property Management, an apartment building is an asset. But to a Resident, it’s a home and sanctuary.

Sometimes you have to deliver an unwelcome notice or invoice to a Resident.

It’s important to deliver notices in a way that maintains respect for a resident and their privacy.

Property Management is a relationship business. Demonstrating respect doesn’t have to require a lot of extra effort, but doing so goes a long way with keeping Residents happy and maintaining positive relationships.
