He has a degree in Business Administration with a major in Urban Land Economics and a minor in Finance from the University of British Columbia. Robert has been a Greater Seattle resident since 1995 and is based in the Seattle Office.

Ryan is actively involved in supporting day-to-day operations and has a broad understand of every aspect of the management process. Ryan has over 13 years of industry experience and earned a degree in Business Administration and Management from Northwest University. Ryan has lived in the Greater Seattle area since 2000 and is based in the Seattle Office.

Crystal Hillier

Director of Accounting and Finance

Crystal has a degree in Professional Accounting from Eastern Washington University with over 10 years of multifamily property management accounting experience. She is skilled in all aspects of accounting compliance, financial integrity, and property performance optimization. Her experience spans from general bookkeeping, construction accounting, multifamily tax credit operations, and non-profit compliance. Crystal has lived in the Spokane area since 1999 and is based in the Spokane Office

Catherine is responsible for all Human Resources related activity. She graduated Cum Laude at Kansas State University with a B.S. in Psychology and earned her J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Catherine has lived in the Spokane area since 2013 and is based in the Spokane Office.

Travis oversees all marketing and research related activity. Travis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Western Washington University. Seattle has been Travis’ home since 2003 and is based in the Seattle Office.

Patty Webster

Patty Webster

Senior Portfolio Manager

Patty has over 30 years of experience in the property management industry. She is skilled across the entire management spectrum from initial lease up of new construction to overseeing complex renovation and other capital projects to the intricacies of affordable housing and tax credit product. Patty is fully trained in Yardi, Kronos, ADP, and ICAM. She has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of New Mexico. She has lived in the Spokane area since 2009 and is based in the Spokane Office.

Research & Technology

Nate is responsible for oversight for all IT related matters for the company and corporate research. Nate received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron. Nate is an Ohio native and has been living in the Pacific Northwest since 2011. He is based in the Seattle Office.
